Juniper & Rye is a cottage sourdough bakery rooted in patience, tradition, and thoughtful fermentation. The name is a nod to old-world methods and wild ingredients — juniper berries were once used to help ferment natural starters and rye has long been a cornerstone of slow, nourishing bread.
Everything we offer is naturally leavened, hand-shaped, and baked in small batches- letting time do what it does best. We are located in Bay Village and offer a weekly bread and treat menu for scheduled pick up as well as custom orders by request.
